SIROON SKINBAR MEDICAL CENTER GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms regulate the acquisition, use, and validity of gift cards (hereinafter “Gift Card”) provided by SIROON SKINBAR medical centers. The terms apply both to gift cards purchased at physical locations and to those purchased or activated via the website siroonskinbar.com, as well as to purchases made through the website.

By purchasing, activating, or using the Gift Card, the buyer and the cardholder fully and unconditionally accept these terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Gift Card is considered a payment card and allows making payments at SIROON SKINBAR medical centers and through the website siroonskinbar.com.
1.2. The Gift Card is valid at the following addresses:

Yerevan, Teryan 83
Yerevan, Acharyan 22
Yerevan, Komitas 20
1.3. Purchases made through the website have the same legal force and conditions as gift cards purchased at physical locations.

2. Validity, Currency, and Transfer

2.1. The validity period of the Gift Card is 6 months.
2.2. The card currency is AMD (Armenian Dram).
2.3. The Gift Card cannot be cashed out, exchanged, or returned.
2.4. The amount on the card cannot be transferred to another card or person, except when the cardholder transfers the card to a third party, who fully accepts these terms.

3. Usage Rules

3.1. The Gift Card and purchases made on siroonskinbar.com can be used at the specified SIROON SKINBAR locations.
3.2. The Gift Card balance cannot be used on international payment platforms or online websites.
3.3. Payments made with the Gift Card do not include any interest or additional fee unless otherwise specified.

4. Reissuance

4.1. The Gift Card can be reissued only during its validity period, with a fee of 2,000 AMD.
4.2. After reissuance, the card’s validity is extended by an additional 1 month.
4.3. After the expiration of the validity period, the card cannot be reissued, and the remaining balance is non-refundable.

5. Loss and Responsibility

5.1. The Gift Card is considered a bearer payment instrument.
5.2. In case of loss, SIROON SKINBAR is not responsible if the card is used by an unauthorized person.
5.3. The cardholder must inform the center as soon as possible so the lost card can be blocked, within technical capabilities.

6. Technical Malfunctions

6.1. SIROON SKINBAR may refuse payment with a Gift Card only when there are software or technical issues.
6.2. The transaction will be completed immediately after the technical issue is resolved.

7. Online Purchases via siroonskinbar.com

7.1. Online purchases are subject to the same conditions as the Gift Card.
7.2. Online purchases have full legal force and are non-refundable, in accordance with the Gift Card terms.

8. Acceptance of Terms

8.1. By purchasing, activating, or using the Gift Card, the buyer and cardholder fully and unconditionally agree to these terms.
8.2. The cardholder must inform any third party of these terms when transferring the card to them.

9. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

9.1. All disputes arising from these terms are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
9.2. Disputes are subject to review by the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.

10. Right to Modify Terms

10.1. SIROON SKINBAR has the right to modify these terms by publishing a new version on siroonskinbar.com and in physical locations.
10.2. Modifications do not apply to already purchased active Gift Cards unless otherwise specifically stated.
